Training for New Employees at an International Hotel in Kyoto

Following last year, I was grateful to be invited again to deliver a training session at a luxury international hotel in Kyoto.


During the session, I spoke about what I value when providing hospitality, as well as the importance of caring for oneself while caring for guests.


The new employees listened with such bright, eager eyes.

Seeing their enthusiasm reminded me of my own early days as a new employee, and it became a wonderful moment of reflection. I truly appreciated the opportunity.
