Employee Training at a Major Global IT Company in Tokyo

I had the pleasure of providing a hospitality training session and a team-building workshop for a major global IT company in central Tokyo.

The group was relatively small—around 20 participants—which made the discussions active, open, and wonderfully interactive. Everyone generously shared their thoughts and experiences, creating a truly engaging atmosphere.

According to the post-session survey, all participants commented that they “had a great time and would love to join again.” Hearing this feedback was incredibly motivating, and it reminded me how important and rewarding this work is. I look forward to continuing to create training sessions that are both enjoyable and genuinely useful. Thank you so much!
