World Standard
Hospitality
Having visited more than 80 countries, and having worked with VVIP customers and staff of various nationalities, I've come to realize the importance of connecting hearts and minds while working worldwide. In my opinion, hospitality is not just about to provide to the customers, but it should also go to the three directions "customers", "colleagues and teammates" and "yourself".
When you hear the word “hospitality”, you may think “Hospitality is the skill that only limited people can provide”. However, you can just "focus on the person right in front of you, and show kindness from the heart. Connect with heart."
It may take time to develop the mindset to reach that point, but I hope we can learn and grow the mindset together.

The logo shows three overlapping airplane windows, which I manifest to my customers, "I will take you to a place (career, mindset, work environment) where you can see a different view from what you see now. ”
I love the sky. I watch the sky from the airplane window during the flight, and I look at the sky from the balcony of my home. I have built my career through traveling all over the world, and meeting incredibly successful passengers, and I hope that everyone will see a different view through my coaching/ training sessions.

As a freelance private jet flight attendant, which is very rare in Japan, I have teamed up with private jet operating companies in the United States, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, to provide our customers with the highest quality hospitality.
While visiting more than 80 countries around the world, I was fortunate to receive excellent feedback from clients and crew I worked with. I came to realize it was about the time to give back to society what I had learned from these wonderful experiences as a private jet crew, and started a hospitality consulting business in the wake of COVID-19.
A corporate flight attendant, a single mother, and a breast cancer survivor who did mastectomy. Although my life seems to be full of ups and downs, I believe that by staying positive and knowing the depth of life, I will be able to better understand and convey hospitality. These experiences taught me "Resilience" and made me create "Resilience Workshop".
